- The Multi-national Exercise Joint Warrior 121, which began on the 16th April, is a joint air, sea and land exercise covering most of the Scottish coastal areas. Elements of 16 Air Assault Brigade began deploying to Carlisle from the 11th April. Helicopter support from the RAF, Army and Navy began arriving at Carlisle on the 15th. Sea King HC.4 ZA299 is one of five deployed for the exercise, and is seen here departing with an underslung load.
