- KC-135A 55-3130 first flew on 28th June 1957 and was delivered to the USAF in August 1957. It became the oldest operational tanker, nicknamed 'Old Grandad' with 7 BW at Carswell AFB when it was retired on 15th December 1992 and preserved at March Field Museum.
