Honeywell Aerospace testing their "Surf-A" alert system which alerts the pilots to the risk of runway incursions, excursions, and other wrong-surface events as part of its certification programme. Testing involved a go-around and an end of runway spool up with company N170EH e170 sat on the runway, an approach lined up with the taxiway and multiple missed approaches.
