An aerial shot of St Athan airfield taken onboard a TUI 737 whilst on approach for Cardiff's RWY12. Present in the photo are a wide array of aircraft, including: - 3x Bangkok Airways (HS-PPR, HS-PGT, HS-PGU), - Air Busan a321 HL7713 - Air Moldova a320 ER-AXV - Lanmei Airlines a321 XU-961, - Etihad a320 A6-EIC - 2x Transavia France F-GZHN and F-GZHV In the scrapping compound is F-GRXM Air France A319, G-MIDY British Airways A320, and SX-DGF Aegean A319. Also entering the scrapping compound is G-BYGC who sadly could not be preserved. Engines and outer wings removed. There is more activity north of the airfield, with G-NFLA parked on apron alpha and a Bristol Helicopter outside their hangar. Lastly, a grab is holding at the end of RWY07 before departure.
